June 25, 2010 Dyno-Pest Pass BPCA Audit with Flying Colours Within a few weeks of gaining Constructiononline accreditation, Dyno-Pest has passed its annual audit from The British Pest Control Association, being singled out as "an exemplary business." The annual audit covers internal systems and procedures, training of technicians and service quality. Membership of the BPCA obligates members to agree to abide by codes of practice and conduct. The BPCA places great importance on promoting the highest standards of professionalism within the pest control industry. Darren Williams, Dyno-Pest service manager said, "Being described as exemplary by the independent auditor was a cause for celebration. Pest control is a competitive business and many organisations compete purely on the lowest price as opposed to the level of service that a client needs. By contrast, Dyno-Pest delivers value and results through effective pest prevention and pest control. We can only do this by continuing to invest in our technicians and surveyors and of course by ensuring that our systems are the very best." |
