Top Man Joins Dyno-Pest Team

With over 10 years’ experience in pest control, Clive Brown has joined the Dyno-Pest team as a senior surveyor.

He's keen to show Dyno-Pest clients that his expertise in pest control goes way beyond selling, commenting "I'm bringing three years’ experience as a technician to this new role and seven years’ experience as a surveyor.

Experience like this really counts when it comes to identifying problems on-site.  My grass-roots apprenticeship as a technician means that when I am surveying a site, I can find out exactly where pests are gaining access to the building.  Effective pest control is not simply about recommending a three-part treatment programme; it's also about putting in place effective proofing measures.  Treatment without proofing usually leads to a recurrence of the pest problem within 2 to 3 months.  Unfortunately it's all too easy for an inexperienced surveyor to recommend treatment at the expense of proofing."

Asked what he likes about Dyno-Pest, Clive comments: "Ralph's (Dyno-Pest MD) knowledge and experience is incredible.  Because he's worked as a technician and a surveyor and before founding Dyno-Pest, he set up the pest control division of a national brand, he's very knowledgeable.  He knows what it takes to deliver an effective service.  Whereas in my previous role I would be expected to survey a new client’s premises within 30 minutes with Dyno-Pest there are no time limits.  Because I can undertake a thorough survey I am able to recommend a pest prevention and pest control treatment regime that is exactly what the business needs - at a competitive price."
