All Systems Grow at Dyno-Pest

London based pest prevention and pest control specialists Dyno-Pest is celebrating a year of growth despite the gloomy economic outlook.

The growth has is in part been attributed to a high client retention rate coupled with a steady stream of new clients.

"Whilst we are very pleased with our year-end results, it's important that we continue to focus on the reasons behind our success and to build on these", Says Ralph Izod Managing Director. "When we began Dyno-Pest 13 years ago, my mission was to build a business in which the customer was firmly in the centre of everything that we did.  This meant only employing the very best people, the most experienced technicians and the most capable and professional surveyors. 13 years down the line and this is just as important, if not more so given the number of pest control companies that are now in existence. I believe that our challenge in 2010 will be to continue to grow in a sector that can sometimes be dominated by the lowest price mentality as opposed to the capability and skill that is needed to service the contract effectively."
